Take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health. * **Productivity tools:** Use cutting-edge tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and effectiveness. **Role Description:** ======================== We are seeking an experienced Building Production Manager to lead and supervise all aspects of building construction project production in the Vigo region, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and resource optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and control daily on-site production activities, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and technical specifications. * Supervise and coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Monitor and control costs, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare and manage technical and administrative project documentation, including progress reports, quality control, and incident management. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with site management, clients, and other project stakeholders. * Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies. * Actively participate in resolving technical and management issues arising during construction execution. **Requirements:** * University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles managing large-scale building construction project production. * In-depth knowledge of current building, occupational health, and safety regulations. * Proven ability to manage teams, resolve problems, and make decisions. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera or similar) and design software (AutoCAD). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. * Residence in Vigo or willingness to relocate to the area. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Join a sector-leading company present in 6 key markets. * Participate in our GROW program for recent graduates—a tailored experience designed to support and accelerate your first professional years. * A solid and innovative project. * Work with top professionals who will accompany you throughout your journey, supporting your professional and personal development during your first three months. * Individual development plan with technical and soft skills training. * International and cross-business mobility.
