The Makita D-82236 Abrasive Sheet is a clean abrasive with a medium grit of 180 aluminum oxide. White alumina has a finer and more dispersed grain pattern, making it ideal for paints and varnishes, as well as plasterboard surfaces. The grid structure ensures durable grinding performance. Abrasive dust is removed much more effectively from workpieces, and the abrasive grain remains unaffected. The existing hook-and-loop backing allows quick and hassle-free attachment to the sander. To ensure optimal grip and extended abrasive life, the optional D-82264 abrasive pad protector must be placed between the abrasive sheet and the abrasive pad.
