We seek to hire a **CSA Project Manager** to lead the civil and structural execution of a **hyperscale Data Center in Zaragoza**, guaranteeing accurate planning, technical coordination, safety, cost control, and client and subcontractor relations. This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience managing civil works in complex projects who wish to integrate into a global, innovative team with strong growth prospects in Spain. **LOCATION:** Zaragoza, Spain **SECTOR:** Data Centers **AVAILABILITY:** Immediate start **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Project Initiation** * Coordinate project handover from Estimation to the Construction team. * Collaborate with Operations Management on workforce planning. * Validate the project and develop the business plan, cost control, cash flow forecast, and billing schedule. * Prepare procurement plan, design/engineering plan, construction schedule, S-curve and resource histogram. * Maintain technical liaison with client and design team regarding engineering, procurement and contractual requirements. * Develop safety, quality, document control and execution methodology plans. * Mobilize subcontractors, internal resources and auxiliary equipment. * Organize site establishment and initial setup. **Project Execution and Control** * Establish training plan for personnel assigned to the project. * Lead the site team and daily activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety and contractual scope. * Guarantee adherence to schedule, material deliveries, engineering deliverables and safety requirements. * Ensure technical audits are conducted per design plan (where applicable). * Participate in periodic meetings with the client. * Coordinate weekly progress meetings with subcontractors addressing safety, scheduling, progress and operational needs. * Manage economic control, sales, procurement, certifications and variations jointly with the Quantity Surveyor. * Inform the client in advance of commercial forecasts and billing projections. * Measure weekly productivity at site and maintain updated progress tracking. * Prepare and submit monthly internal reports to Operations Management. * Promote coordination among engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, commissioning and other teams. * Maintain fluent, transparent and objective-oriented communication with all project stakeholders. **Project Closeout and Handover** * Ensure testing, verification and commissioning in accordance with the quality plan. * Ensure final design audit when applicable. * Certify all required systems within the scheduled timeframe for client handover. * Coordinate technical demonstrations for the client and competent authorities. * Deliver operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings. * Prepare financial closeout jointly with the Quantity Surveyor, present it to and agree it with the client. * Demobilize site facilities, equipment and resources. * Prepare and archive the project closeout report per corporate procedure. * Maintain contact with the client during the warranty period and until retention release. **Other Responsibilities** * Keep the site diary / logbook up to date. * Attend monthly internal Project Managers meetings. * Fully integrate into corporate culture, policies and processes. * Propose improvements in procedures, execution, safety, productivity and client relations. * Build and sustain solid professional relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders. * Serve as one of the key early hires for the project in Zaragoza. **REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Proven experience leading CSA projects in industrial, technological or infrastructure construction. * Solid knowledge of structures, foundations, site development and utility installations. * Experience managing projects with budgets between €5M and €30M. * Competence in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, engineering teams and clients. * Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented profile with leadership capability and safety orientation. * Ability to work in multinational environments under strict quality and compliance standards. **LANGUAGES** * Fluent Spanish * Professional English (C1) **CONTRACT** * Permanent contract with immediate start * Competitive remuneration based on experience * Stable, high-technology-value project * Accommodation/rotation options depending on place of residence * International, collaborative culture focused on professional development
