Job Summary: This after-sales technical support position involves providing technical assistance, managing product information, and analyzing warranty claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone technical support and customer assistance 2. Maintenance and updating of technical databases 3. Technical Assistance and Support: Telephone technical support, on-site technical assistance to customers (workshops, distributors, and end-users), and resolution of technical inquiries via email and web. Technical Information: Maintenance and updating of technical databases and Valeo product-specific information. Preparation of technical notes and service bulletins, and identification and reporting of catalog errors to Valeo Service Activity. Warranty Analysis and Assessment: Analysis and assessment of parts claimed under warranty (including report preparation and registration). Management of assessed parts and participation in quality incident handling.
