




Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager for energy sector projects, responsible for leading on-site personnel, managing projects, controlling costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. For new projects in the **energy sector**, we require a **SITE MANAGER**. **Responsibilities:** * Leading site personnel: Coordinating foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Client interaction: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and architects/engineers (Technical Supervision). * Executive reporting: Ongoing communication with the Group Manager regarding project progress and results achieved. * Project study: Initial technical-economic analysis, contract review, and validation of awarded budgets. * Commissioning: Responsibility for implementation, setting-out, and designing the initial construction schedule. * Logistics: Decision-making and management of auxiliary resources in agreement with the field team. * Procurement cycle: Oversight of subcontractor engagements and material purchases, managing orders and contracts with subcontractors. * Cost management: Rigorous control of financial targets (monthly closings, deviation analysis, and performance management). * Technical administration: Preparation and submission of monthly certifications, management of variations, contradictory pricing, and improvements. * Technical supervision: Ensuring compliance with current regulations on safety, health, and quality standards. * Production control: Daily monitoring of productivity, measurement of completed works, and short-term task planning. * Meeting management: Preparation and attendance at weekly site committees, drafting minutes, and tracking agreements. * Strategic analysis: Participation in monthly analytical meetings with Production Management and Group Managers. * Regulatory compliance: Ensuring each construction phase meets contractual deadlines and agreed technical quality standards. **Requirements** * Technical Engineering Degree – Technical Architect * Proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD. **Work Location** * Valencia **What We Offer** * Professional development and career projection: through participation in cross-functional projects. * Training and collaboration with experts. * Flexible start and end times. * Intensive working hours during summer months and every Friday throughout the year. * Social benefits.
