




Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to lead projects in the energy sector, managing personnel, clients, logistics, costs, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. For new projects in the **energy sector**, we require a **SITE MANAGER**. **Responsibilities:** * Lead site personnel: Coordinate foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Client interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and architects/engineers (Technical Supervision). * Executive reporting: Maintain continuous communication with the Group Manager regarding project progress and achieved results. * Project study: Conduct initial technical-economic analysis, review contracts, and validate awarded budgets. * Commissioning: Responsible for implementation, setting-out, and designing the initial construction schedule. * Logistics: Decide upon and manage auxiliary resources in agreement with the field team. * Procurement cycle: Oversee subcontractor engagements and material purchases, managing orders and contracts with subcontractors. * Cost management: Rigorous control of financial targets (monthly closings, deviation analysis, and performance management). * Technical administration: Prepare and submit monthly certifications, manage change orders, contradictory pricing, and improvements. * Technical supervision: Ensure compliance with current regulations on safety, health, and quality standards. * Production control: Daily monitoring of productivity, measurement of completed works, and short-term task planning. * Meeting management: Prepare for and attend weekly site committee meetings, draft minutes, and track action items. * Strategic analysis: Participate in monthly analytical meetings with Production Management and Group Managers. * Regulatory compliance: Ensure each construction phase adheres to agreed contractual timelines and technical quality requirements. **Requirements** * Technical Engineering Degree – Technical Architect * Proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD. **Work Location** * Valencia **What We Offer** * Professional development and career progression through participation in cross-functional projects. * Training and collaboration with experts. * Flexible start and end times. * Intensive working hours during summer months and every Friday throughout the year. * Social benefits.
