Your mission will be to conduct actionable and insightful deep\-dive analysis, evangelize the use of data across the organization, and guide our monetization and pricing strategy through data\-driven decision\-making. **What you'll do** * Use data and insights to guide Voicemod's monetization and pricing strategy. * Drive MRR growth through rigorous analysis user behavior, funnel optimization, and pricing experiments. * Generate actionable insights that improve product engagement, retention, and conversion. * Transition the monetization team into an AI\-driven, data self\-service model. * Communicate complex findings clearly through creative data visualization and storytelling. * Help build the "Business Insights Platform" — an AI\-powered self\-service tool for teams across the org. **What you'll need** * Master's or PhD in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in data analysis, with a focus on product analytics, monetization, or pricing strategy. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large\-scale data warehouses. * Advanced skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation. * Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. * Familiarity with product analytics and tracking tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Snowplow, or Segment. * Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations for both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional level required). * A passion for Voicemod's mission, products, and the intersection of technology and creative expression. **Bonus Points** * You’re a natural leader who’s always guiding and helping others to give their best. * If you’re an eGames (or other streaming channels) lover * Background in subscription\-based or freemium monetization models. * Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI/ML tooling for building internal data products. * Financial services or eCommerce experience is a strong plus. * Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (regression, clustering, forecasting). **Hiring Process** ------------------ **Talent Acquisition Call** – – Get to know Voicemod and walk us through your journey (45 min). **Technical Interview** – You’ll meet a colleague from the Technical Team who will focus on understanding your knowledge and technical skills (Up to 90 min). **Hiring Manager Interview** – A conversation about soft skills, technical expectations, ways of working and role expectations (60 min). **Final Interview** – Deep\-dive with a member of Voicemod’s Leadership team (45 min) ### **Don't meet 100% of the criteria?** Studies show that many people—especially from underrepresented backgrounds—tend to apply only when they meet every requirement.
