This role offers a hands‑on introduction to the commercial side of the film industry, giving you real exposure to **theatrical distribution, trade initiatives, and sales operations** within a global entertainment company. You’ll work closely with colleagues across **Sales, Marketing, Technical and Finance**, supporting the day‑to‑day activities that help our films reach audiences across Spain. **What you’ll learn \& support** As our Sales Trainee, you’ll gain practical experience by supporting the team with both operational and administrative tasks, while developing an understanding of how film distribution works in a theatrical environment. In other words, you will learn how major film releases are positioned and sold in the cinema market space. *Your responsibilities will include:* **Film Sales \& Trade Support** * Assisting the Sales team with the execution of trade and sales initiatives for theatrical releases * Supporting the coordination of trade campaigns and promotional activities with cinema exhibitors * Helping track campaign timelines and ensuring key deliverables are followed up **Exhibitor \& Partner Coordination** * Supporting day‑to‑day communication with cinema exhibitors in Spain * Assisting with the preparation and distribution of trade and promotional materials * Following up on shipments of materials and ensuring timely delivery **Operational \& Analytical Exposure** * Supporting basic reporting and tracking of trade activities and campaigns * Assisting the Trade Manager and Sales Analyst with simple analytical and administrative tasks * Gaining exposure to how sales data supports commercial decision‑making **Administrative \& Systems Support** * Assisting with billing processes, purchase orders, and internal documentation * Supporting the team with administrative tasks using internal systems (including SAP) * Helping keep sales and trade information organised and up to date **Qualifications** **Who this internship is for** This role is ideal for **recent graduates** who are interested in film, media, or entertainment and want to understand the **commercial and sales side** of the film industry.
