Are you ready to join us? **About the role:** As Nordics Quality \& Process Excellence Manager, you will work systematically and strategically to ensure that established quality objectives are met across all CET Nordic operations. In addition to driving continuous quality improvements and efficiency, you will play a key role in analyzing, developing, and optimizing business processes to support business objectives and customer satisfaction. The role bridges quality management and business process development, supporting both operational excellence and the transition to more digital, automated ways of working. Shared Asset \& Customer Journey Alignment This role ensures that quality and process improvements are aligned with the Global Blueprint and customer journey. It guarantees compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to process automation and optimization initiatives. **Overall Responsibilities:** * Set, monitor, and follow up on quality goals, driving improvements together with leaders and employees. * Systematically map and analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities, using data\-driven insights and best\-practice methodologies. * Lead and coordinate initiatives for process optimization, automation, and hub transition in close collaboration with leaders, teams, and automation consultants. * Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISAE, ISO), and act as a key contact for audits and process\-related controls. * Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption support, to ensure successful implementation of new processes. * Maintain effective information flow and ensure that all process changes are documented, communicated, and reviewed. * Support the development and execution of test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for process changes. * Lead or participate in internal improvement projects within CET Nordic and across other business areas, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. * Collaborate with IT, business teams, and automation consultants to ensure technical and operational readiness for change implementation. * Encourage feedback, share lessons learned, and drive ongoing optimization across all activities. **Key Tasks:** * Map, document, and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and risks. * Lead and coordinate process improvement and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. * Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption support. * Collaborate with IT, automation consultants, and business teams to ensure technical and operational readiness for process changes. * Track process performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous optimization.
