Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester for international projects in agile environments, responsible for analyzing requirements, designing tests, documenting defects, and collaborating with teams. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-committed QA Tester to join international projects in agile environments. **Minimum 2 years of experience** Responsibilities include: * Analyzing functional and technical requirements. * Designing and executing test cases (manual and/or automated). * Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. * Validating fixes and executing regression tests. * Participating in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Retrospective). * Collaborating with Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. * Reporting progress and quality metrics. **Willingness to travel to the Netherlands for 3 days per month (travel expenses covered) is essential** We prefer a hybrid model at our locations, but remote work may be considered. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory experience: * Prior experience in Testing / QA (2+ years preferred). * Experience in functional testing and regression testing. * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum preferred). Language: * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Ability to participate in meetings, document test cases, and report defects in English. Technical knowledge: * Design and execution of test cases. * Issue-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar). * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries (preferred). * Experience in test automation (Xray, Tosca, Kainos Smart Test or other tools) is a plus. * API testing knowledge (Postman or similar) is valued. Certifications (preferred): * ISTQB Foundation. * Agile certifications.
