MPS team owns production plan schedule and site capacity to meet customer needs. Master the finished goods production plan for one/multiple lines Review and manage exception messages to balance service, inventory and capacity. Amend production plans in line with planning time fences and agreed flexibility rules (Factory Operating Strategies) Manage urgencies with Production/Quality/ Materials team and Logistics to ensure prompt reaction and/or to prevent potential missed net revenue.
