This is an entry\-level position designed to provide a solid foundation in accounting and finance, with growth opportunities within the organization. ‍ **Your area of focus:** * Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements. * Record financial transactions in the company's accounting system. * Participate in account reconciliations and ensure accurate records. * Assist in the monthly closing of internally managed P\&L (Profit and Loss) statements and balance sheets. * Assist in the analysis of monthly variances in income accounts (P\&L) versus budget. * Collaborate in tax report preparation and regulatory compliance. * Contribute to expense and budget management. * Perform accounting\-related administrative tasks as needed. ‍ **To excel in this role, you should have:** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * \+1 year of experience as an Accountant or in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles. * Ability to work with MS Excel or other spreadsheet software. * Effective team collaboration skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in work. * Ambition to grow and develop in the accounting profession. * Fluency in Spanish and a B2 level of English proficiency.
