If you are committed, easy to work with, and eager to join a growing team, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of daily service operations. * Supervision of the team and assurance of quality standards and procedural compliance. * Inventory control and supply management. * Participation in and guarantee of smooth service delivery: kitchen–service coordination, order taking, table service, upselling, and cross-selling. * Professional resolution of customer incidents. * Control of mise en place, order, and cleanliness of the dining area. * Team training and motivation. * Cash register management. * Anticipation of the restaurant’s operational needs. * Preparation of staff schedules and coordination of team vacation time. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English; additional languages are a plus. * Education in Hospitality. * Knowledge of wines. **Offered:** * Full-time position. * Stable position in a growing group. * A day off on your birthday. * Salary according to merit and experience (€28,500 – €31,000 gross annually). * After 6 months, Adeslas health insurance is provided.
