ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? As an SRE, you will join a specialized Software Development team that, among many other things, develops mobile apps (native, hybrid, or multi-platform frameworks), large-scale integration and backend services (on-premise or cloud-based using AWS, Azure, or Google), and large-scale web applications, etc. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * SRE Observability: define and implement SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; standardize instrumentation (metrics, logs, traces); create effective dashboards and alerts; reduce MTTR/MTTD through best practices and runbooks. * System Integration: collaborate on integrations between backend, web, and mobile systems; third-party services; and event-driven environments (pub/sub, MQTT, or others). * IoT Backend: participate in the design and development of device-oriented APIs and microservices, telemetry, and event processing. * Quality and Security: work alongside QA on automated testing (contract, integration, performance) and apply security controls across pipelines and infrastructure. * Technical Leadership: guide teams in architectural decisions, code reviews, best practices, and mentoring to elevate engineering standards. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * Degree in Software Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Application Development. * Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis, preferably in software development projects. * Experience with event-driven architectures (pub/sub) and MQTT, plus knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka/NATS. * Proficiency with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, and/or ELK/Loki/Jaeger/Tempo. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. * Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. * B2 level English desirable.
