Respond to Teams and ServiceNow requests, escalating non‑standard cases. Communicate incidents, changes and service events promptly. Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and automation. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **Support** BNPP application owners via Teams and ServiceNow tickets.**Analyse** non‑standard requests and coordinate with the Expertise Team.**Monitor** IAM services, detecting and alerting on incidents.**Resolve** critical service issues quickly to maintain availability.**Update** knowledge base and automate recurring processes. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** Master’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional experience. 2‑4 years in IAM (authentication/SSO) with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs. Strong English (written \& spoken); French is a plus. Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures. Ability to communicate security best practices clearly.
