As our Anti Money Laundering Analyst you will be monitoring, analysis, and investigation of activities and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable AML regulations. work closely with key areas of the business, as well as with the regulator. We’re looking for someone who’s not only detail\-oriented but also passionate about compliance and frameworks. This role will be based in Ceuta with a Hybrid working pattern (3 days in office a week). So, what will you be doing? * Reviewing and signing off on case files in accordance with MLRO guidelines * Conduct periodic reviews of PEP and HRO customers * Attend to and review iSARS cases on a daily basis * Support the MLRO in the AML Compliance Monitoring Programme * Support the MLRO in responding to queries from Tax Authorities and other Administrative Bodies * Prepare and maintain AML Committee meeting minutes And what will you need? Experience: * Experience with Compliance aligning with AML regulations and applicable laws. * Analytical skills for reviewing and investigating cases and transactions. * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. * Risk management and due diligence of high\-risk customers (PEP/HRO). Skills \& Behaviours: * Previous experience in gambling/iGaming and AML is highly desirable * Common sense and practical judgment in handling sensitive information and complex cases. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (medium\-high), Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to review and investigate cases and transactions effectively. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (strong) and English (medium); well\-spoken and enthusiastic.
