




Position Summary: Olin is seeking an experienced Installation & Maintenance (I&M) Manager to lead the management and optimization of external plant services for fiber-optic networks. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize the external plant service, leading teams. 2. Lead FTTH network deployment, expansion, and maintenance projects. 3. We are looking to hire an **Installation & Maintenance Manager** with extensive industry experience to play a key role in developing our external plant service. The selected candidate will assume a critical role in managing and optimizing external plant operations, leading the team and ensuring operational quality. This position reports to the company’s External Plant Operations Manager and will be directly responsible for managing a team comprising coordinators, supervisors, and field technicians. **Responsibilities**: * Organize and plan FTTH installation and maintenance activities, manage customer appointments, and ensure proper execution of work by in-house teams and partner companies. * Ensure all installations and repairs comply with established technical, safety, and customer service standards. * Coordinate technical staff and contractors, optimizing time, material, and resource utilization. * Supervise maintenance and incident resolution, ensuring agile and effective handling of end-customer faults and strict adherence to SLAs. * Ensure strict compliance with technical, occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and quality regulations across all operations. * Promote initiatives to improve and optimize installation and maintenance processes, aiming to increase productivity, reduce intervention times, and enhance customer satisfaction. **Requirements**: * Extensive knowledge of fiber-optic network deployment, both in the field and in engineering.
