Junt@s — whose objective is to prevent, reduce, and alleviate unwanted loneliness among older adults. To this end, we promote the creation of meeting spaces that foster peer-to-peer social relationships, as well as bringing leisure activities directly to the homes of older adults with accessibility difficulties. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitation, organization, and management of meeting spaces, encouraging active participation, formation of social bonds, and reduction of isolation. Planning of activities, including selection of topics, preparation of materials, and adaptation of sessions to the group’s characteristics. Recruitment and outreach of participants through activity promotion (e.g., flyer design, telephone contact, coordination with team members). Attendance management and participation follow-up, promoting continuity and commitment of older adults in activities. Facilitation of meeting spaces across various settings: Meeting space in Antequera (1 day per week). Meeting spaces in rural districts: Cartojal, Bobadilla Pueblo, Bobadilla Estación, Cañada Pareja, and La Joya. Home-based meeting spaces targeting older adults with mobility limitations or dependency. Coordination with technical staff and volunteers, ensuring coherent and needs-adapted intervention. Support in basic administrative tasks related to activity implementation (e.g., participation records, incident reporting). **Profile:** Minimum: Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification Qualification obtained within the last 3 years.
