Job Summary: We are seeking an occupational therapist to assess and design personalized intervention plans for elderly residents in a care facility, focusing on recovery and maintenance of their functional status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive assessment of physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities 2. Collaborative design of personalized intervention plans 3. Recovery and maintenance of residents' functional status We are looking for an occupational therapist for a senior residence located in Orusco de Tajúña (Madrid). Main responsibilities include comprehensive assessment of residents' physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. This encompasses identifying their level of dependency in basic and instrumental activities of daily living, as well as evaluating their interests and routines to develop personalized intervention plans. The goal is to support each individual's functional recovery and maintenance through team-based interventions. A degree in Occupational Therapy is required. Employment conditions include an indefinite full-time contract, with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 8:00 to 17:00\. Salary follows the applicable collective agreement, starting at €21,000 gross per year, with potential for increases.
