You will manage and coordinate your team while maintaining customer contact during all maintenance phases. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate your team in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, providing guidance and development, and communicating company policies, procedures, and objectives. * Ensure compliance with internal policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment, emphasizing safety for all employees. * Collaborate cross-functionally, providing technical advice and support to the sales team, assessing unit conditions and modernization works. * Monitor achievement of productivity and service quality targets, analyzing and implementing improvement actions. Material management, work organization, and customer service. **Who We’re Looking For** Do you have a structured approach to work and familiarity with the digital world—enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks quickly and successfully? If, in addition, you meet the following requirements: * You hold a degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering—or equivalent experience. * Preferably, you have 2–3 years of technical experience and team management experience. * You possess knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics.
