Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Care Assistant for a residential facility to support residents' daily activities and ensure their physical and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist and accompany residents in daily activities. 2. Ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being. 3. Requires teamwork skills, organizational ability, and empathy. We are looking for a candidate to work at a residential facility in Villanueva del Trabuco. The position requires certification as a Nursing Care Assistant, a Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, or the Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. Main duties will include assisting and accompanying residents in daily activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Personal care and environmental attention will also be provided, always ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being, in addition to performing other duties inherent to the role. A part-time work schedule with rotating shifts is offered, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. The contract type will be temporary. It is essential that the candidate possesses strong teamwork skills, is organized, responsible, and demonstrates empathy.
