Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care worker to assist and support residents in their daily activities, ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Key Points: 1. Possibility of an indefinite contract after the initial period We are looking for a geriatric care worker for a senior residence located in Laguna de Duero, Valladolid. Main responsibilities will include assisting and supporting residents in their daily activities, such as personal hygiene, feeding, and companionship. Attention will be paid both to residents’ personal care and to their environment, always aiming to ensure their physical and mental well-being. A full-time working schedule of 39 hours per week is offered. The schedule will be rotating, covering Monday through Sunday, with rest periods in accordance with applicable legislation. The initial contract will be for 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term position on the permanent staff. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant Care or an equivalent qualification is required. Also valued are the Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Persons or the Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, or demonstrable prior experience in similar positions.
