Currently, we are looking to hire one sales-focused candidate for our store located in Pamplona/Iruña. ***What will you do at Dormity?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and tailored advice to each customer based on their actual needs. * Boosting sales with confidence, conviction, and in-depth product knowledge. * Tracking budgets and contributing to customer loyalty. * Ability to guide customers through to purchase decisions, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value to the customer. ***What do we offer?*** * Indefinite-term contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission scheme resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on products and sales techniques, delivered by our specialists. * 40-hour workweek from Monday to Saturday on a split shift (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
