At **DORMITY**, the leading company in manufacturing and selling sleep systems with over 20 years of experience and a network of more than 55 retail locations, we are seeking sales talent for our physical stores located in the Vallès Occidental region (Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Rubí, Barberà del Vallès, etc.). ***What will you do at Dormity?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and personalized advice tailored to each customer’s actual needs. * Driving sales confidently, convincingly, and with thorough product knowledge. * Quotation follow-up and contributing to customer loyalty. * Guiding customers through to purchase decisions, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission scheme resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and products provided by our professionals, equipping you with all necessary tools. * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
