Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the automated processes hall, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in wiring harness production. Key Highlights: 1. The UPNA Foundation is collaborating with CEBB Cableados (Peralta) to fill a position as **Production Manager**. The Production Manager will play a key role in managing the automated processes hall, ensuring production operates efficiently, safely, and with maximum quality. **Your Responsibilities:** On a daily basis, you will: * Supervise and control production in the automated processes hall, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production plans. * Provide technical support for automated machines and collaborate with maintenance teams to address incidents. * Plan and coordinate the availability of raw materials required for production. * Support and guide the area team, ensuring correct machine operation and adherence to procedures. * Propose and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety. * Maintain communication with production managers and other departments, reporting progress and incidents. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * B2 level English proficiency is desirable. * ERP knowledge (SAP) is desirable. * No prior experience required; selected candidate will receive training to become Production and Operations Manager. * Proactive individual eager to learn. * **Mandatory: Residence within 25 km of Peralta.** What We Offer: * Employment with an established industrial company within a corporate group. * A highly impactful position in the company’s operational coordination. * A stable project with growth opportunities. * A close-knit and collaborative work environment. * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Compensation: €30,000 gross annual salary — potential for performance-based increases. * Start date: 2026-05-03 If you are motivated to lead production in an automated plant, improve processes, and provide support to teams and machinery, we want to meet you.
