We are looking to hire an **N3 Network Expert** to strengthen our Technology Architecture area. We are not merely seeking someone to operate networks. We seek a profile capable of designing complex architectures, resolving critical incidents, and serving as the technical reference for the area—while also supporting the team’s technical growth and service evolution. **What You’ll Do Daily** **Architecture and Design** * Design advanced communication solutions for LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. * Participate in VPN, SD\-WAN, and Zero Trust architecture initiatives. * Define resilient, high-availability solutions for data centers (CPDs), fiber-optic networks, and critical wireless environments. **N3 Expert Support** * Serve as the final escalation point for complex networking and security incidents. * Resolve advanced routing, switching, wireless, and perimeter security issues. * Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required. **Technical Leadership** * Act as the technical reference for N1 and N2 profiles. * Participate in knowledge transfer and technical mentoring. * Collaborate on the technical evolution of the area and definition of standards. **Projects and Pre-sales** * Participate in strategic and digital transformation projects. * Collaborate on technical proposals, solution architectures, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). * Provide technical judgment in complex environments and for strategic clients. **What We’re Looking For** * More than 8 years of experience in complex networking and communications. + Proven experience in routing and switching, enterprise wireless networks, VPN and SD\-WAN, perimeter security and firewalls, and critical, high-availability environments * Ability to serve as an N3 technical reference. * Experience in designing communication architectures. * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Technical English proficiency. **Especially Valued** * Vendor certifications such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Check Point, Extreme, or Zscaler. * Experience in data centers (CPDs), fiber optics, or critical wireless environments. * Experience in digital transformation or technical audits. * Knowledge of ITIL or service management. **Ideal Candidate Profile** This role is especially suited if you enjoy solving complex problems, prefer designing solutions—not just operating them, are the go-to person for the team when critical issues arise, and possess both holistic vision and sound technical judgment to make decisions. **What You’ll Find Here** * Complex, technically challenging projects. * Involvement in critical architectures and enterprise environments. * A strong technical team where your judgment carries real weight. * Space to contribute, evolve, and shape technical direction. * A technology company where infrastructure and communications are strategic.
