The selected candidate will be responsible for leading sessions adapted to users' needs, ensuring safety in the aquatic environment, and promoting improvement of participants' health and physical well-being. **Requirements:** * Aquatic instructor and lifeguard. * Desirable: TSEAS and DESA certification. **Responsibilities** * Deliver aqua-health classes in a therapeutic pool. * Adapt exercises to users' capabilities and needs. * Supervise and ensure participants' safety during the activity. * Design and plan aquatic exercise sessions with therapeutic objectives. * Monitor proper use of equipment and facilities. * Motivate users and encourage their active participation. * Identify potential incidents or special needs and report them to the team. * Maintain order and hygiene in the work area. **Schedule:** * Mon, Wed, Fri 8/14 h * Tue, Thu 9/13 h Position Type: Part-time Scheduled Hours: minimum 26 per week Work Location: On-site employment
