Galejobs is seeking a candidate to join an artisanal workshop producing Mexican-style tortillas and baked goods. This company uses locally sourced ingredients and prioritizes quality, tradition, and well-executed processes. What will you do on a daily basis?: Operate the corn mill and oversee the grinding process. Prepare raw materials (pre-cooked corn). Monitor the product throughout the process and make minor adjustments as needed. Clean and maintain machinery at the start and end of each shift. Assist with other workshop tasks—such as supporting tortilla production—once you become fully familiar with your role. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. We are not looking for someone who knows everything on day one, but rather for someone eager to learn and committed to doing the job well.
