Join STEF Málaga as a Maintenance Coordinator and become a key player in ensuring smooth facility operations. Actively contribute to performance and customer satisfaction. Your mission: * Coordinate the Maintenance team, enhancing communication and goal achievement while being an integral part of the team * Ensure a professional environment that complies with safety regulations. * Meet operational and real estate maintenance needs by managing available human and material resources, organizing them and ensuring they are sufficient and appropriate. * Report completed activities to your supervisor, proposing improvements or requirements * Work on predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of refrigerated and automated facilities, handling equipment, service vehicle fleet, and general services. * Contribute to traceability of operations through CMMS. * Similarly, contribute to technical solutions consistent with Group guidelines regarding the fleet, and report any undetected anomalies. * Collaborate in ensuring the facility's compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as technical regulations within certification frameworks. What we are looking for? * Higher Vocational Training qualification in electricity, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electromechanics or industrial maintenance. * At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge in automation, hydraulics, mechanics and refrigeration will be valued. * Manual dexterity and problem-solving ability will be appreciated.
