




We are seeking a professional for personnel management and administration. A background in Labor Relations or Law, as well as solid experience in administrative tasks related to personnel, is desirable. Advanced proficiency in office software tools and familiarity with payroll management systems—such as Meta4, ERP Payroll Management Systems, WinSuite, and the Sistema Red—are required. Training in gender equality will be positively considered. Key responsibilities include resolving departmental incidents, managing debt with the General Treasury of the Social Security and Mutual Insurance Companies, and preparing reports for management. The role also entails formalizing employment contracts, registering employees with the Social Security system, overseeing and processing payroll, and managing individual employee files. Personnel changes and modifications must be communicated, and employees must be informed about their employment conditions, social benefits, and retirement matters. Employee vacations and other personnel-related incidents will be monitored, and compliance with and dissemination of the Code of Ethics and the "Compliance" system must be ensured.
