




**We are looking for a Commercial Manager (Málaga Community) with professional experience in the sector.** **Responsibilities:** Reporting to the Sales Director, the main responsibilities will be: * Managing a customer portfolio; * Negotiating and presenting commercial proposals tailored to customer needs; * Identifying new business opportunities; * Implementing business plans within the company's objectives and strategy; * Identifying and reporting on competitor activity; * Submitting periodic activity reports. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Professional experience in the sales field * Training or experience in construction and/or architecture, with the ability to interpret and analyze technical construction drawings. * Goal-oriented mindset; * Experience with CRM tools * Strong communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills; * English language proficiency.
