If you possess technical orientation, passion for sales, and the ability to identify new business opportunities, this is your opportunity! * Develop and execute the commercial strategy in Andalusia, aligning business objectives with customer needs. * Identify and capture new business opportunities in key industrial sectors. * Promote and sell hydraulic components, maintenance services, and industrial filters. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up. * Provide technical advisory to customers, offering solutions tailored to their processes and requirements. * Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners. * Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure efficient project execution. * Analyze market and industry trends to detect new growth opportunities. * Manage and maintain an active portfolio of industrial customers (\~800\.000 €), ensuring continuity. * Conduct technical and commercial visits to customers in the following sectors: automotive, shipbuilding, public works, general industry, and commercial vehicles. * Develop cross-selling of hydraulic components, repair services, and industrial maintenance. * Identify opportunities at industrial plants and new customers within the assigned territory. * Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure appropriate and viable solutions. * Analyze market, customers, and growth potential by region. #### **What qualifications do you need?** * Technical education (Vocational Training, Engineering, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or similar). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales within the industrial sector, preferably in hydraulics or filtration. * Strong commercial orientation and negotiation skills. * Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory. * Full availability to travel throughout Andalusia. * Languages: Good command of English. * Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to prepare customized commercial proposals. * Proactivity, resilience, and ability to thrive in dynamic, results-oriented environments. * Customer focus and commitment to long-term relationships. * Consultative mindset and focus on increasing value per customer—not just volume. * Negotiation and closing skills #### **Who are we?** With over 50 years of experience, **Grupo Cartés** has established itself as an internationally recognized reference company and a prestigious specialist in designing and supplying filtration and material treatment solutions—regardless of physical state, condition, or environment.
