For our cleaning division in Zaragoza, we are seeking a person to manage the services. You will be responsible for supervising the cleaning team, ensuring that all hygiene protocols and quality standards agreed upon with clients are met. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing services, always aiming to improve processes and increase efficiency. You will also manage and motivate operational staff, organizing schedules and shifts to ensure coverage and maximize performance. Additionally, you will be in charge of optimizing processes to improve productivity and control costs, as well as handling the administrative follow-up of invoicing and documentation. Communication with the client will be key—addressing their needs and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Prior experience in team supervision and management, as well as technical knowledge in cleaning, is valued. Flexibility, commitment, and the ability to interact effectively with clients are required, along with a valid driver’s license.
