The disability must be compatible with the tasks and responsibilities inherent to the position. Support in basic personal care (basic activities of daily living) and delivery of stimulation workshops, as well as accompaniment on scheduled outings. Full-time position with immediate start and rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours (night shift premium). Formal training in sociosanitary care for dependent persons in social institutions and/or nursing assistant certification is required.
