Job Summary: We are seeking an irrigation system supervisor for an agricultural farm, responsible for organizing fieldwork, monitoring crops, planning production, and coordinating the field team, while also performing manual labor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and maintenance of irrigation systems and agricultural tasks. 2. Monitoring of crops' vegetative and productive status. 3. Field team coordination and support in production planning. In SANTAELLA, a person is needed to supervise and maintain irrigation systems on an agricultural farm. Tasks include organizing pruning and other fieldwork, monitoring crops' vegetative and productive status, supporting production planning, and coordinating the field team. Manual labor is also required, such as pruning, basic facility repairs, estate maintenance, and irrigation control, involving physical effort and continuous presence in the field. Availability is required to adapt to irrigation schedules, weather conditions, and agricultural campaigns, including weekends during peak periods. This is a permanent employment contract, full-time from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with statutory breaks and flexibility according to farm requirements. The monthly salary is 1350 euros. We seek a candidate with knowledge of process improvement or mechanization and the ability to perform mixed functions of supervision and direct execution.
