Position Summary: We are seeking a lawyer to advise and represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, interpreting laws and drafting legal documents. Key Points: 1. Drafting various legal documents We seek a lawyer to provide comprehensive assistance and counseling to clients at all stages of judicial or administrative proceedings. The primary responsibilities include seeking legal interpretations that fairly and equitably advance the client’s interests, as well as preparing specialized legal opinions. Responsibilities include drafting all necessary legal documentation, such as technical reports, responses to notifications, appeals, applications, contracts, requests, and complaints. A law degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) and the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession are required. The position offers a temporary employment contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours will be part-time, with a daily commitment of 4 hours during morning shifts. Salary conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Offices and Law Firms.
