Let’s talk about your next challenge. Our client, a development and construction company specialized in civil, industrial, and residential projects, is seeking to hire a Site Manager. The company is known for its commitment to quality, adherence to schedules, and seriousness in project execution. * Lead, organize, and assign daily tasks to both in-house teams and subcontractors on site. * Interpret project blueprints and carry out necessary layout measurements to ensure accurate positioning of structural elements and finishes. * Monitor workforce productivity, ensuring strict adherence to the project schedule and minimizing downtime. * Oversee the receipt, storage, and efficient use of materials and machinery, optimizing resources and guaranteeing supply traceability. * Implement and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan. Conduct continuous inspections to ensure the high finishing quality required by Bercamsa. Requirements Minimum Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager in Residential Building or Industrial/Commercial Warehouse projects. * Education: Higher Vocational Degree in Construction, FPII, or equivalent experience. * Skills: Leadership ability, strong communication skills, autonomy, and a high standard for finish quality. * Software: Advanced skills in interpreting technical drawings (Autocad/BIM at consultation level).
