DESCRIPTION ### **What we’re looking for…** A professional with at least 5 years of experience as a **Process Improvement Specialist**, ready to join a multidisciplinary team focused on transforming and evolving digital experiences and products. You will be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, defining new processes, and ensuring more efficient, collaborative, and scalable ways of working across teams and stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with **Research, Design, Product, and Business**, driving continuous improvement initiatives and helping to foster a culture centered on efficiency, quality, and user experience.
