Guiding and interpretive activities related to the natural and cultural environment **Anticipated Vacancies** ---------------------- 5 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 5 Pilots for managing eco-boat-based tourist\-river routes in Ourense. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Ourense Address: Province of Ourense Reservoirs of Castrelo de Miño, Muiños, and Frieira **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Duties inherent to a vessel pilot operating on inland waters for passenger transport on river routes, assuming responsibility for the vessel and its facilities, as well as for the crew and passengers. * Perform maneuvers inherent to navigation, including boarding and disembarkation. * Conduct daily inspections of the vessel and its facilities, checking fluid levels, cleanliness status, etc., and report required maintenance, potential malfunctions, and refueling whenever necessary. * Carry out guiding and interpretive activities related to the natural and cultural environment. * Perform other tasks implemented within the service: eco-boat rentals, ticket sales via POS terminals, and sales monitoring through the web platform developed for this service. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional details from the submitted CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Professional Skipper for Recreational Boats, Yacht Skipper, or other Merchant Marine qualifications authorizing passenger transport for remuneration. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Complementary Training** * Complementary training in navigation, tourism, communication and social skills, ethnography, history, environmental studies, and occupational risk prevention. #### **Languages** * English Level: A1 ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 month up to 2 years performing duties as a pilot of passenger transport vessels (professional experience). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + 4 fixed-term contracts estimated at 4 months each (June to October) and 1 fixed-term contract estimated at 2 months (July and August) + Part-time schedule The application submission period will remain open from today, 20/05/2026, until 26/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
