Indefinite contract from day one DESCRIPTION At SIRT, we need to expand our managed services department, and therefore we are seeking a **Network and Security Technician (Level 2\)** to join our **SSGG Infrastructure** team, with opportunities for internal promotion from Level 1\. **Location:** 100% remote ### **What will you do?** * Manage and resolve customer incidents and requests * Monitor infrastructure * Implement configuration changes * Generate operational documentation * Participate in periodic on-call duties * Perform occasional tasks outside regular working hours ### **What do we offer?** * Stable project * Potential for internal growth (promotion from Level 1\) * 100% remote work * Evolving technical environment * Indefinite contract from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM If you are interested or would like more information, please do not hesitate to apply or contact me directly. REQUIREMENTS ### **Who are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with networking expertise (at **CCNA/CCNP** level) and security knowledge (NGFW, IPS, NAC, filtering), experience with vendors such as **Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or Palo Alto**, and experience in support or managed services environments.
