Support in drafting procurement specifications and monitoring mining contracts **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire a Technical Engineer or Graduate in Mining Engineering to support mining-related tasks. **Work Location** -------------------- * Asturias Region Address: Oviedo **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in preparing occupational risk prevention documentation for post-mining activities, including adapting Safety Data Sheets (SDS), updating Emergency Plans, updating Self-Protection Plans, and planning preventive activities. * Study and assessment of occupational risk prevention regulations applicable to maintenance activities at facilities following cessation of extractive operations. * Support in drafting technical specification documents for mining-related procurements and monitoring compliance with service contracting regulations, equipment replacement, and facility adaptation requirements. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request supporting documents for information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold one of the following MECES 2-level qualifications (accredited in Spain or certified equivalency issued by the General Secretariat of Universities): Technical Degree in Mining Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Resources Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Technology Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mining and Energy Resources Engineering. #### **Additional Training** * Certification to perform higher-level preventive functions ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license * Proficiency in Excel, Word, databases, and Outlook or similar applications * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software **Merit-Based Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Accredited GIS and/or AutoCAD training course (distinct from the required qualification) * Demonstrable professional and/or academic experience in developing/managing safety documentation: Emergency Plans, Self-Protection Plans, and Safety and Health Documents * Demonstrable professional and/or academic experience related to the mining industry **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time working hours The application period will remain open from today, 20/05/2026, until 26/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
