Maintenance Technician At Trasteros Plus, we are looking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. We seek a problem-solving, responsible, and motivated individual with general maintenance knowledge, capable of performing minor repairs and addressing incidents at our facilities. Main responsibilities * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at our centers. * Repairs involving electricity, plumbing, and minor masonry work. * Assembly and replacement of components and installations. * Resolving incidents and malfunctions. * Support in locksmithing and general maintenance tasks. * Management and control of work materials and tools. * Reporting requirements for materials and spare parts. * Maintaining order and good condition of the facilities. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or installation roles. * General knowledge of: * Electricity. * Plumbing. * Masonry and minor repairs. * Locksmithing and general DIY. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. * Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to travel between our centers. Especially valued * Technical training (e.g., Vocational Training in Electricity, Maintenance, Installations, or similar). * Experience in maintenance of buildings, warehouses, or commercial facilities. * Knowledge of HVAC, automation, or security systems. * Basic computer tool proficiency.
