Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Supervisor to support the operation, maintenance, and conservation of Gijón’s sanitation and wastewater treatment system, coordinating and supervising related work. Maintenance and repair of electromechanical equipment **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Supervisor to support the public service of operation, maintenance, and conservation of Gijón’s sanitation and wastewater treatment system. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Asturias Region Address: Gijón **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Reporting to the Plant Manager, will coordinate, organize, and supervise work carried out by First- and Third-Class Technicians. * Maintenance and repair of electromechanical equipment * Preparation of plant control reports (monitoring of parameters, equipment start-up and shutdown, reactivation of installations, etc.) * Calibration of process control equipment. * On-site and localized response to incidents or breakdowns via telephone on-call service * Collaboration with the Plant Manager on various tasks * Operation and monitoring of the wastewater treatment plant and associated facilities (parameter monitoring, equipment start-up and shutdown, reactivation of installations, etc.) * Handling of suspended solids, reagents and chemicals, sludge, and waste. * Measurement of process control parameters * Use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Ability to perform duties within the typical environment of a sanitation and wastewater treatment system, including access to hazardous zones and inherent environmental risks (zones * Telephone response to alarm notifications during weekends and holidays, attending the workplace if necessary. * Travel across various facilities of the workplace. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire.
