Opportunity for professional development We are looking for a **Cook** for an upcoming cafeteria opening, responsible for food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality, hygiene, and service efficiency. The selected candidate will actively participate in the kitchen launch and in defining initial processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and cooking of cafeteria dishes (breakfasts, snacks, brunch, light meals, simple lunches, etc.). * Kitchen organization and setup prior to service. * Quality control, presentation, and delivery timing of products. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Basic stock control, goods receipt, and proper storage. * Cleaning and maintenance of the work area and utensils. * Collaboration in menu creation or improvement (optional, depending on profile). * Coordinated work with front-of-house staff. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (preferably in cafeterias or similar establishments). * Knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability matching the cafeteria’s operating hours. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in launching gastronomic venues. * Formal training in gastronomy. * Creativity and proactivity. * Knowledge of cost and waste control. **We Offer** * Joining a new and growing project. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional development. * Compensation and conditions aligned with the position and experience.
