Job Summary: We are seeking a junior industrial mechanic for machinery maintenance, repair, and adjustment, including interventions on engines, gearboxes, bearings, and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Technical improvement support and equipment optimization We are looking for a junior industrial mechanic to work in Málaga on machinery maintenance, repair, and commissioning. Responsibilities include fault diagnosis and repair, equipment adjustment and assembly, and interventions on engines, gearboxes, bearings, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems. Technical improvement support and equipment optimization are also provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00, with an intensive schedule from 07:00 to 15:00 in July and August to facilitate work-life balance. Salary follows the applicable collective agreement, with progressive increases based on performance and internal progression. * Training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance. * Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in industrial or semi\-industrial machinery maintenance, i.e., machinery under 3\.500 kg, small construction machinery, lifting platforms, gearboxes, alternators, etc. * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and/or pneumatics. * Problem-solving, responsible individual with ability to work in a team. * Own vehicle and availability for immediate start.
