Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary commercial representative in Ferrol to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and manage promotions, budgeting, portfolio management, team leadership, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the customer and distributor portfolio, including sales and promotions. 2. Lead commercial teams and prepare activity reports. 3. Experience valued in food and beverages or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). We are looking for a person to join our commercial operations in Ferrol on a temporary basis. The main function of this position will be to carry out all necessary commercial tasks to acquire new customers, as well as to retain and monitor existing customers. This involves implementing promotions aligned with the defined commercial strategy, always aiming to achieve established objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing the annual budget for the assigned area and directly managing funds allocated to exclusivity agreements and point-of-sale materials. The role also entails managing the customer and distributor portfolio, covering sales, promotional campaigns, and advertising. A key component will be leading commercial teams under supervision—such as field sales representatives—and preparing reports on commercial activity. A minimum qualification of high school diploma (Bachillerato) is required; a higher vocational training degree (Grado Superior), bachelor’s degree, or equivalent is considered an advantage. Additional training in customer service or sales is also beneficial. Intermediate proficiency in office software tools is essential, with particular emphasis on Excel. A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in commercial roles is required, preferably in food and beverages or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG); experience in distributor management and team leadership is highly valued. Familiarity with the local market is an important requirement. **Education:** High school diploma (Bachiller); higher vocational training (FP2), undergraduate degree, diploma, etc., are advantageous. Complementary training valued: customer service, sales, etc. Intermediate level of office software proficiency (Excel user proficiency is critical). Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a commercial representative, preferably in food and beverages, or alternatively in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Experience in distributor and team management will be valued. Important: knowledge of the local commercial environment.
