He is independent in showering and brushing teeth, though he requires **supervision and step-by-step guidance**. He has bladder control and asks to go to the bathroom, but needs help with wiping and prefers not to go alone to urinate. Regarding road safety, close attention is necessary: he approaches cars and sometimes runs “to annoy.” He helps with small household tasks. He is verbal, understands well, and uses **pictograms** to anticipate activities. Speaks Spanish and Valencian. Struggles with transitions between activities and frequently asks repetitive questions. In terms of behavior, he experiences periods of **disruptive behaviors** when frustrated or contradicted.
