




DESCRIPTION Grupo Ortiz is a Spanish multinational company with more than 60 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. Within the framework of our national operations, we are seeking to incorporate a Technical Office Manager for railway construction sites, who will join our team in the infrastructure area. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Engineering and/or Surveying, as well as leadership and team management skills. Main Responsibilities: Be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to all new construction and rail track maintenance projects. * Oversee and manage the technical office comprehensively, coordinate project documentation (drawings, calculations, etc.) * Coordinate and lead the technical office and site team, ensuring proper task allocation and smooth communication between different departments. * Conduct technical studies and analyses, providing valuable information for project planning and correct execution. * Preparation of Technical Documentation: Writing technical reports, modified projects, and final settlement projects. REQUIREMENTS * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying work and/or technical office roles in railway construction projects. * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying * Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of surveying, geodesy, and use of applications. AutoCAD, Revit, Istram. * Skills: Leadership ability, teamwork, excellent organizational and communication skills. * Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic environments, as well as availability for travel according to project needs.
