




### **Description** Grupo Ortiz is a Spanish multinational company with over 60 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. As part of our national construction projects, we are seeking to hire a Technical Office Manager for railway works to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Engineering and/or Surveying, as well as leadership and team management skills. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to all new construction and railway track maintenance projects. * Full supervision and management of the technical office, coordination of project documentation (drawings, calculations, etc.) * Coordinate and lead the technical office and site teams, ensuring proper task allocation and smooth communication between different departments. * Conduct technical studies and analyses, providing valuable information for project planning and execution. * Preparation of Technical Documentation: Writing technical reports, modified designs, and final settlement projects. ### **Requirements** * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying and/or technical office work on railway construction projects. * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying * Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of surveying, geodesy, and software applications. AutoCAD, Revit, Istram. * Skills: Leadership ability, teamwork, excellent organizational and communication skills. * Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic environments, as well as availability for travel according to project needs.
