Currently, we need to incorporate a **SURVEYOR FIELD/OFFICE** into our team to execute a major civil construction project in the city of **MALLORCA** **Responsibilities** · The job will be performed primarily in the field, under the supervision and direction of the surveying manager. · Setting out necessary points on site to carry out all earthworks (slope tops and toes, excavation depths, required gradients, etc.) · Performing layout of other construction points (structures, fillings, masonry works, etc.) and tacheometric surveys. · Establishing and verifying topographic control networks. · Volume calculations, precise leveling. · Monitoring construction progress using Total Station and GPS. · Documenting field data collected. · Managing and maintaining assigned surveying instruments. · Fully utilizing equipment, software, and surveying systems to conduct and manage project surveying for construction purposes. · Import/export survey data to/from the field. · Anticipate potential issues and be able to resolve them. **Requirements** · Education: Technical Engineering - Surveying Technician or related vocational training in surveying. · Experience: More than 3 years in civil construction. Field and technical office experience is desirable. · Proficiency in using Total Station and GPS. · Experience with various topographic software (MDT) at an advanced level. Basic AutoCAD knowledge. Skills in setting out and measurements. · PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Flexibility, autonomy, organizational ability, teamwork. · Valid driver's license B. · Occupational health and safety training course in construction is valued. **Benefits:** · Salary: Negotiable based on experience. · Opportunity for stable employment within a national construction company, professional development, and continuous training.
